God helps

A joke was told by my friend during tutorial few days ago.

He said that there is this man, who is a VERY committed Christian. So one day, he encountered a shipwreck and was stranded onto an island. He prayed to God and asked God to save him. A few hours past, a small fishing boat stopped by and offered to bring him back to mainland. The man refused and said "my God will save me". 2 days later, a ship past by and offered to help the man. But the man refused and said "my God will save me". This carried on for a few days and finally, the man died on the island. He went back to heaven and asked God "Lord I've prayed and cried out for You, why didn't you save me?" God replied "I've sent my help to you several times, but you refused to be helped".

The Holy Spirit just touched me and impacted me immdiately. Felt something is not right with me, something which God wants to help but I refused to receive. Got to pray......
